Shipping

  • Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days.

  • In the event of any delays, customers will be notified via email with an updated estimated delivery date.

  • Once an order has been successfully delivered to the provided address, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

  • If you are unable to receive your delivery in person, please specify a safe and secure drop-off location at checkout.

  • A flat-rate delivery fee of $10 applies to all shipped orders.

Billing

  • All billing details provided at checkout must be accurate and up-to-date.

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring their billing address matches the address associated with their payment method.

  • If billing information cannot be verified, your order may be delayed or canceled.

  • Charges will appear on your statement under our store name: Suavve Streetwear.

Returns

  • Customers have 2 days to return items.

  • All returned products must be in their original condition as sold. Items with damage, odors, stains, or visible signs of wear will not be accepted.

  • Delivery fee is non-refundable. 

  • Please carefully review product descriptions before placing your order.

Payment Information

  • All payments must be completed through our secure online checkout.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is not accepted.
